What is Stage Combat?

Stage Combat is an essential skill in todays theatre, from creating complex fights with weapons or understanding how to safely fall, it would require the actor to understand their body and how to best perform a move to help build confidence and to keep the audience excited in the moment.

In classes we look at a variety of different weapons, from unarmed combat, to knife and swords, creating choreography that is both exciting to perform and to watch.

As part of an intensive course, you will be examined by an examiner from the APC where you will receive Equity recognised qualifications that you can take out in the professional world.
